1.Ownership of any item remains with the site operator until payment for that item or service is recieved in full by the designated or agreed payment portal. Tax (GST) is charged at the local rate (10% at this time) but may change without notice. The purchaser of any product or item is responsible for any import duties or additional tax that may be applicable to their territory. Offshore customers should contact site admin to have the GST component removed from your payment. 2. Payment is currently accepted via a secure Paypal shopping cart and the site operators have no access to your financial details. By arrangement with the site alternative payment options may be accepted. Where payment by instalment is offered but not completed as agreed, 20% of cost will not be returned. Interest is not charged on instalment plans. Please contact site admin should you have further questions. 3. Where a price is quoted on this site for purchases that price is for personal and private use only. Comercial users and other interest is welcomed. 4. The site administrator and physical location of operator is Perth, Western Australia. The server is located in the USA. All items and services are despatched from Perth Western Australia by the most appropriate delivery medium. 5. Delivery to any customer is planned for and can be expected within 28 days of payment in full for all items. You will be advised when postage has occured and sent a tracking number if appropriate after which the site cannot be held responsible for transit times managed by a third party. Commisioned jewellery may take longer depending on the complexity of the item and assay process which occurs offshore (in the UK). 6. Copyright in all images and materials on this site belongs to or is administered by the site owner unless otherwise and seperately agreed. Purchase of jewellery or other items does not grant the purchaser ownership of copyright of that piece. 7. Taxes and duties are charged for at the current and applicable rates for the operators locale (Western Australia) and may change without notice accordingly. Where import duties may become applicable they are the unique responsibility of the purchaser. 8. Unless noted otherwise: Jewellery Jewellery is as described and is made from pure silver and gold alloys as appropriate to the described quality. As well as an ongoing comittment to quality products this is intended to minimise the risk of medical reactions to the metals. Once delivered, the ongoing cleanliness and care of any item is the responsibility of the owner. If you require guidance or maintainance of any item please contact the site. Similarly, while due care is considered and designed into them, items are designed or built only for the purposes requested and decorative purposes. Other uses and any resulting damages to persons or property are the sole responsibility of the owner or wearer. Care is recomended at all times. To the best of my knowledge, items made from any other materials are as described. Should you wish to commision jewellery, a 50% initial deposit following the quote for the item is required before any work can commence, this 50% is not refundable.
